A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME
Greetings! I'm Romina, proudly wearing multiple hats: a devoted mother of two, a dedicated yoga and Pilates instructor, and a passionate promoter of movement and mindfulness, especially among children of all ages. With over 500 hours of yoga teacher training under my belt, I specialize in Vinyasa, Yin, Kids & Teens, Pre & Postnatal yoga, and Pilates.
At The Yoga Movement, our mission is to empower minds, nurture bodies, and flow. Join me on this transformative journey through yoga, where my absolute passion lies in working with children across all age groups. Whether it's fostering body-mind awareness, instilling confidence, or nurturing resilience, my goal is to cultivate happiness and inner peace in young minds.
Let's embark on a journey of movement, mindfulness, and self-discovery together.

“Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.”
Bhagavad Gita
OUR APPROACH
Young Minds
Our philosophy embraces a holistic method for children's yoga, where our classes are not only enjoyable and interactive but also customized to suit each child's age. Through a blend of storytelling, imaginative play, and creative movement, we cultivate a deep-rooted connection with yoga, instilling values of body positivity, self-acceptance, and mindfulness in every child who participates.

ENGAGING CLASSES
Our Adventure
In these dynamic sessions, we blend storytelling, imaginative play, and movement for interactive fun. Children embark on thrilling adventures each week, transforming into characters and creatures through yoga and stories. Join us for joyous, imaginative experiences that nurture both body and mind!

POSITIVE MINDSET
Encourage Body Positivity
We believe in having a positive mindset to be like superheroes, always believing in yourself. Practicing yoga encourages kids to develop this positive mindset and embrace self-acceptance. By focusing on breathing and movement, children learn to appreciate their bodies and build confidence. This helps them face challenges with resilience and find joy in everyday moments. Self-acceptance teaches them to be kind to themselves and recognize their unique strengths, promoting overall happiness and well-being.

MENTAL WELL-BEING
Focus
Yoga enhances mental well-being by improving focus, concentration, and self-esteem. These practices equip children with valuable tools for navigating challenges and building confidence. By fostering mindfulness, yoga helps kids stay present, manage stress, and thrive in both school and everyday life.
